At the Peter Drucker Launch Event Forum, hosted at Canal Plus in Paris,  Sophie Guieysse, Director of Human Resources of Canal Plus opened the event by welcoming the 90 attendees.

She said she was delighted to welcome the participants to a room that is reserved for VIP events. Innovation is a key part of media and very important for companies such as Canal +. Competition can vary from country to country and it is necessary to know the different laws of each one. The arrival of groups such as Netflix this coming September means they must be even more innovative. There is a need for very creative and alert teams to ensure that they stay ahead of the game. Creativity is a key element in the success of the company. Quality of execution of ideas is also another important factor.

She finished her opening by wishing all the delegates a successful conference.
